Any kitchen detail cleaning of cabinet fronts, small appliance exteriors, refrigerator eterior, light switches, faucets, door knobs, doors, dry and damp dusting, and light organizing.
Any bathroom detail cleaning of basins, tile, grout, toilet bowl and base, cabinet fronts, dry and damp dusting, mirrors, faucets, handles, door knobs, light switches, and doors.
Any bedroom tidying, dry and damp dusting, clearing and wiping all flat surfaces, removing dirty linens to the laundry room, vacuuming, and sweeping any carpet or hardwood flooring.
If linens are left out for each bedroom that requires changing, this service will be provided.
Any office and common space detail and common space handles, knobs, and light switches. Dusting of flat surfaces, window ledges and sills, doors, and shelves.
Light organizing can be done in offices upon request.
We request that all paperwork be removed or set aside to avoid disruption.
Interior mirrors cleaned and left streak-free.
All flat surfaces are cleared, dusted, and wiped down.
Vacuuming of all carpets, rugs, and hard floor surfaces.
Light organizing.
Refreshing of the space post-cleaning.

All housing must be consulted, and proposals must be signed and agreed upon before beginning work.
Monthly services lasting longer than the average service duration will be charged hourly once the duration point is met.

This includes:

Scrubbing of any grout to attempt to restore the original color and prevent bacterial growth
Removal of soap scum on any glass interior and exterior doors, surfaces, and faucets.

The interior of the closet is purged and organized. This includes:
Donation of old clothing
All articles will be examined and kept or purged. Purged articles will be donated to Faith Church of Sandusky, OH.
Kept articles will be organized by category, refreshed, and refolded.
The interior of the closet will be emptied and dry dusted.
Closet flooring will be swept and sanitized
Removed interior items will be cleaned and replaced.
Clothing will be replaced and organized according to the article.
Hanging articles will be color-coded.
